Dazzles Dog Grooming and Training Centre opened in 2009. Debbie Noah LCGI is the owner, tutor and City & Guilds assessor at the salon. She holds a teaching qualification as well as City and Guilds Level 3 Professional Dog Stylist qualification and an LCGI (Level 4) Professional Recognition Award.

Debbie has loved being around dogs for as long as she can remember and is passionate the about dog grooming and the industry. Dazzles is a registered City and Guilds satellite centre.
